Transformers
What is a Transformer?
Transformers are our version of School Councillors or Ambassadors. We call them Transformers because they play a key role, together with the leadership team, staff and Governors of our school, to fulfil our school vision: Transforming TLC, Teaching, Learning and Community through gospel values of Thankfulness, Love and Compassion.
Transformers are needed to help the school improve in lots of ways.
Our Transformers are elected by their class, to represent the children who elected them. We have two Transformers in each year group from Year 2 to Year 5, and four in Year 6.
They act as a link between their class and the other class groups and other people in the school.
Transformers have to be willing and able to put forward other people’s views even if they disagree with them.
Transformers are asked for their views on improving school, the environment and Worship.
